Inner-Action Dance provides proprietary choreography for performance and competition. All dance taught and learned at Inner-Action Dance are copyrighted and may not be altered in any form --- including choreography or accompanying music --- without the express written consent of Inner-Action Dance. Class fees are due prior to the first day of each session, class, or workshop. Payments can be made by cash or check payable to Inner-Action Dance. Please note: tuition is non-refundable and pro-rated credits are not available for missed classes. However, students may attend a make-up class in a similar-level class during the same session. Photography and video recordings may include images of students and may be used solely for the purpose of advertisement and promotion of Inner-Action Dance. Dance is a physical activity that carries the risk of injury. Each student is required to maintain personal/family medical insurance. By signing this form, you agree that Inner-Action Dance shall not be held liable for any injury sustained while participating in classes or related activities.
Tuition and Payment Policies:
Inner Action Dance is excited to share information about our dance studio with the community. The best way to do that is through images of Inner Action Dance students engaged in which they may be photographed or videotaped. We are requesting your permission to use you or your children’s image.
1. The Inner Action Dance website, Youtube Channel, Wechat groups and moments, and Facebook page. I understand that these photos will be on the World Wide Web and can be seen by anyone with access to the Internet.
2. Inner Action Dance promotional materials. This includes, but is not limited to, billboards, public ads, brochures, flyers, videos, and print ads. For security reasons, students will not be identified by name unless I give permission.

- Our tuition rate is based on a session tuition. Tuition does not include the recital fee, payment for dance attire or any other fees.Tuition is for taking the class only.
- You do not pay for scheduled holidays.
- There is a non-refundable registration fee of $40 for each student after the registration due date.
- Payments must either pay month to month or paid in full. If the student stops payment, this means they quit all lessons and can NOT participate in the shows and other performances with Inner-Action Dance.
- Payment must either pay month to month or pay in full, if student stop payment which mean you quit all the lesson and can NOT participate the show and other performance from studio. No exceptions.
- Make-up class is available in all the sessions you register.
- ALL TUITION AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE AFTER THE THIRD WEEK OF CLASSES.
